At Controlled Fitness, we strive to help our clients achieve their goals, physically and nutritionally. With the help of our payment plans, our prices are made affordable by splitting the total amount over the course of your personal training sessions.
PERSONAL training memberships due before first session
2x/week $550 (1 on 1)
3x/week $650 (1 on 1)
4x/week $820 (1 on 1)
5x/week $900 (1 on 1)
2-3 times/week $380 (Semi private personal training)
4-5 times/week $450 (SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING)
Bootcamp: Monday 7PM/Wednesday 7PM/Saturday 11AM. 3 times a week $200 a month. 2 times a week $150 a month.
Training sessions are done out of Sanders Fit in Dallas (1409 S Lamar Street). Training packages are listed. Ready to get started?
Payments can be accepted weekly, bi-weekly, or start/end of the month. More specific dates can be discussed if needed.
*Please note that the group training sessions start with you. No makeup sessions are given. It's up to you to make that commitment to yourself daily! Refunds or partial payments will not be accepted due to not showing up.
