​How do I receive my workout plans?
Your plan will be receieved via email. Through the email you will gain access to your Program folder containing videos for you to use and workout descriptions of each workout. Program orders are typically processed at 12pm then again at 8pm, daily.


How do the programs work?
You will gain access to a google drive with videos and workout guides you will need. You'll be provided with the proper rest time, sets, reps and what to focus on while doing the exercises. Each video will demonstrae the workout with proper form so try to do the workout as shown in the video. 


If I would like to be personally trained how does that work?
Email controlledfitness@gmail.com with subject "Personal Training Inquiry". You will recieve an email with scheudling availibility. Once you receive a confirmation email confirming your spot you will. Sessions are in person and an hour long.

Can I get a refund?
No. The Controlled Fitness policy does not permit refunds, we will however work with you to look at alternate programs that might be accessible to you (may requirement additional payment).

Is gym equipment required?
Beginning August 2020, programs will not require a gym. Programs will offer variations of the workout that you can complete with just dumbbells if a fully equipped gym is not accessible.
